Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a price estimate consultation. To ensure I can provide the best service to all my clients, please note the following: 1. Meeting Types Online (Zoom/Teams): A link will be sent to your email automatically. Please ensure your audio/video is tested 5 minutes before we start. Phone Call: I will call the number provided at the scheduled time. In-Person: Meetings are available within [Your Area/Radius]. If your location is outside this area, I may request to move the meeting online or charge a small travel fee (which will be agreed upon in advance). 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations I understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or move our chat: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice via the "Reschedule" link in your confirmation email. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a call or video link without notice, the session may be cancelled to protect other client bookings. 3. Privacy & Your Data (UK GDPR) By booking, you agree that I may use the details provided (Email, Phone, or Address) solely to facilitate this meeting and provide your requested price estimate.
